Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, no refunds will be issued for merchandise produced according to approved proofs. If merchandise is not produced according to approved proofs, we will expedite reproduction of the merchandise according to the approved specifications.
Cancellations
Cancellations will not be accepted once proofs and final payments are received. Should you wish to cancel an order before approving proofs, you will forfeit your deposit.
Proofs
Proofs are included with the price of each printed item. A design illustration accompanied by text layout pages of what you have ordered will be sent to you electronically. Proofs may be approved electronically.
You are responsible for detecting errors or making changes to your order.
If the proofs you receive do not match your order, these differences are considered errors we will correct our errors and issue a second set of proofs free of charge. If you would like something different from what you ordered, these are considered changes and may require a second set of proofs at $10 per revised set of proofs. Changes include quantity, invitation design (style or colors), lettering style, ink color, layout, extras.
Changes may result in delay of production schedule.
Orders will be produced according to approved proofs. No refunds will be issued for merchandise produced according to proofs.
If proofs are not returned within 30 days of being issued, the order will be considered cancelled and any deposit will be forfeited.
